Return of Non Defective Products: You have got a wrong product or we delivered a higher quantity than you ordered. You would like to return non defective products.

You need an RMA-Number before Return.

  1. Please contact our responsible person in sales desk.
  2. Sales desk will create an RMA Number and transfer it to you together with shipping documents.
  3. Please send back the goods to the address provided together with the RMA shipping documents. Make sure that the RMA Number is indicated outside of the package.

Return of Defective Products: In spite of high quality your Mitsubishi Electric product is defective and you need a repair or replacement.

  1. Please download and fill in the Repair Form.
  2. Then print it out and send the defective products to the address provided, together with the form.
