HMI for extreme environments
With an extended operating temperature range of -20°C to +65°C, and protection ratings to IP67F/IP66F, the GOT2507T-WTSD 7” operator terminal from Mitsubishi Electric meets the needs of harsh and demanding applications. No additional protective measures are required for washdown with high pressure water or use in power equipment that is typically located outdoors. As a result, it is a perfect fit for industries such as power, food and beverage and machine building.

Solutions for the Automotive industry
In vehicle manufacturing plants there is a need to solve various issues such as responding to mixed production of many different car models, improving production speed and quality, considering worker safety and engaging in environment-oriented initiatives. Mitsubishi Electric's automation solutions for automotive and their tier suppliers help solving issues in various processes, such as coil set, outer join welding, paint inspection, assembly, glass attachment, and external inspection to name only a few.

PCE Automation - Robots take their pick in plastic moulding application
A Mitsubishi Electric robot / PLC / HMI combination has provided PCE Automation with an ideal solution for its latest take-out system for plastic injection stretch blow moulding (ISBM) machinery. PCE Automation developed the MK5 robot cell to improve productivity for manufacturers of blow-moulded plastic containers. Mitsubishi Electric’s robot package integrates the six-axis robot with the PLC and HMI. This not only results in a flexible system, but also allows the MK5 to have a very compact design.
