e-F@ctory – Pushing business further

What's new?

Mitsubishi Electric is going to present their news about trend topics, such as digital transformation, OEE, predictive maintenance and monitoring / analysis tools for drive, control and robotics, energy management as well as collaborative and cooperative robots.

As one highlight, Mitsubishi Electric will show its new Linear Transfer System, developed together with our e-F@ctory Alliance partner APT Automation.

Solutions to push your business further.

Linear Transfer System

At SPS IPC Drives 2016 Mitsubishi Electric presented the prototype of a high-speed linear transport system developed together with e-F@ctory Alliance partner APT Automation, which came up with a number of interesting innovations, most notably the "Smart Carriages", intelligent transport trolleys. Supported by Mitsubishi Electric's automation platform, the Smart Carriages can be easily integrated into holistic automation systems.

Since then, there had been many developments to optimize the concept, which the partners will officially present at this year's SPS IPC Drives show.

Advanced technology: Solutions for smart condition monitoring - predictive maintenance

With its ready-made Smart Condition Monitoring Kits (SCM kits), Mitsubishi Electric offers a powerful complete solution for easy integration into existing applications. Compared to conventional monitoring concepts, the modular Plug & Play system not only analyses classic machine data such as temperature, but also vibration-related parameters.

Typical applications for the SCM kits are pumps, compressors, fans, conveyor belts, but also processing equipment from different industries.
